Oslo, 28 September 2020. HydrogenPro AS (“HydrogenPro” or the “Company”) has engaged Pareto Securities AS (the “Manager”) to advise on and effect a contemplated private placement of up to NOK 520 million in new and existing shares in the Company (the “Private Placement”).

Effective 28th August 2020, Mr. Walter Qvam has been appointed as Chairman of the Board.
